  • Design Ownership: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights or licenses to any artwork or logos submitted.
  • Approval Process: By approving a proof, you accept all colors, sizes, placements, and spelling as final.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, photos, logos, icons, and designs — is the property of Embroidery Warehouse or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Customer Artwork:

When you upload artwork or logos, you grant Embroidery Warehouse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that artwork solely for production and promotional purposes related to your order. We will never resell or reuse your designs without your consent.

7. Custom Product Limitations

Because all items are made-to-order:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or placement may occur.
  • Garment dye lots, thread shades, or screen colors may appear slightly different than on digital proofs.
  • We cannot guarantee exact color matches due to manufacturer differences and screen calibration.

These variations are considered normal and not grounds for refund or replacement.

8. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
